Since 2004 we have been renting out holiday accommodations and long term rentals.
In 2005 I passed my Real Estate exam and this year I am also selling houses in Hout Bay.
We have at the moment more than 150 accommodations in the Western Cape available.

Services of Villa Cape
We pride ourselves on the services we offer to our clients.
Most often our clients arrive on a late flight and we can arrange for you to be collected by our driver and he will take you to your accommodation.
The next day your car will be delivered to your accommodation and usually at no extra cost.
We will happily stock up the fridge for your arrival.
Your holiday should be hassle-free and we are here to help you achieve this!

Car Rental
Villa Cape has excellent connections with well established car rental companies. We can offer you standard cars, 4x4's and even limousines. Please send us an email info@villacape.com with your requirements: type of car, manual or automatic, period and we will come back to you as soon as possible with a quote.
If you arrive late at the airport, we strongly recommend taking our driver to your accommodation. This is much easier and safer for you as some of our roads do not have street lights and this can make it difficult to find your way around if you don't know Cape Town. The next day your car will be delivered to your accommodation at no extra cost.
