Libra is a duly registered Debt Recovery Agency and operates legally and strictly in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, 1998 (Act 114/ 1998), the Regulations and the Code of Conduct.
Libra obtained state of the art IT hardware and software that can swiftly and effectively accommodate the needs of our clients from the first letter of demand to the debtor up to the civil litigation stage and sale in execution, should it become necessary against delinquent debtors.
Libra, which was established more than seven years ago, is proud to announce that we since succeeded in recovering vast amounts of bad debt on behalf of credit grantors. The Libra Trust Account at Absa is managed strictly in line with applicable legislation. Recovered debt, less our agreed recovery commission, is paid over electronically once a week or if you prefer, by trust cheque. Regular updates are given.
