Established in 1902 and acting as both contractor and developer, J.T. Ross provides a specialist service to clients across the Western Cape, KwaZulu Natal and Gauteng, with property administration undertaken predominantly from KwaZulu Natal.

The Western Cape arm of J.T. Ross was formed in 2004 and has grown very successfully over the past five years.

Various developments form part of the Western Cape portfolio, in particular, J.T. Ross has been developing the Waterview Precinct of Century City since 2005 and Waterview Park Phase 4 represents the final phase of the project. The development, ready to commence subject to securing an acceptable tenant, offers tenancies of 300m² – 3 000m². Century City offers unparalleled accessibility to all nodes in the greater Cape Town area, with access to major shopping areas and conveniences such as hospitals, shops, banks, pharmacies and the like. Many major companies have elected to Century City making it one of Cape Town’s dominant commercial nodes.

Brackenrite Business Park is another successful industrial development which has had continued tenant demand.

Situated within Brackenfell, a well established developed area, the Park is well located with immediate access to the R300, Old Paarl Road and the N1.

The Park has approximately 60 000m² of roof space, is zoned for Industrial purposes and has its own rail siding. The Park is in the process of receiving a facelift with existing warehousing being revamped and smaller units are planned to be demolished in order to develop larger warehouses. These will accommodate tenants from 500m² to 15000m². A new Guardhouse and access control has recently been implemented thus increasing security in the park.
