CONFERENCES: CIMA World Conference Comes To Cape Town

An event hosted every two years around the globe, The CIMA 2011 World Conference is a first for South Africa, to be held in Cape Town on 24 and 25 October at the Mother City’s convention centre. The conference was previously held in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.
Speakers at the conference include business luminaries such as Noel Tagoe, Head of Research and Development, CIMA; Mervyn King, Deputy Chairman of the International Integrated Reporting Council and Chairman of The King Committee; Reckford Kampanja - Auditor General, National Audit Office Malawi; and Sanjit Bunker Roy, founder of The Barefoot College in India.
Covering a variety of topics – from “The future of the financial function and integrated sustainability” and “Best practice and positioning in today’s market” to “Financial management trends in a borderless world” - the conference appeals to international decision makers and those who want to be in a position to make a difference in the global economy.
