2010 WORLD CUP: Football Music Festival's Low Note

Recent Western Cape Business News

Joey Pather, COO of CTICC announced yesterday that Cape Town’s Biggest Football Music Festival, organised by Global Icons, the four week event which was scheduled to run from 11 June -11 July 2010 was brought to an early close as a result of low attendance figures. “The event was not attracting the numbers that the organisers had originally anticipated which were around 5000 people a day” he said.

In keeping with the spirit of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, CTICC will continue to broadcast all the matches free of charge starting with Bafana Bafana's game today.
